The league started with a local derby in which Mohicans made the brighter start.
They had a good opportunity to take the lead when a penalty was harshly awarded against Warriors, but Joe Wardill in goal saved the spot kick.
After those f
irst 10 minutes, Warriors goal was rarely threatened.
Wardill's kicking and handling was superb as Warriors began to dominate play with Keanan Jones outstanding in midfield. Harvey Spence was a constant menace to the Mohicans defence and by half time Warriors through, Harry Headley and Jones, had taken a 2 – 0 lead.
In the second half, Warriors continued to dominate and could have scored more but for some good saves from the Mohicans keeper.
A further three goals followed through Headleys' second, Jacob Wardle and a 25 yard Tom Norton strike into the roof of the net.
This was an excellent, thoroughly deserved result for Warriors who throughout played good committed football.
