Fitness regime

WOMEN interested in improving their fitness levels by taking part in sports can attend new sessions at Beverley Leisure Complex in netball, football and power walking.
The sessions are held informally and no previous experience or sporting skill is necessary.

Netball sessions take place on Mondays from 7.30 to 8.30pm and on Wednesdays 6.30 to 7.30pm. Sessions cost £1.50 and take place on the outdoor hard court.

Power walking sessions take place every Tuesday, from 7 to 7.30pm, leading up to the Race For Life event in Sewerby, near Bridlington. Power walking sessions are free of charge and participants are asked to meet in the café area.

Women's football sessions are held every Thursday from 7.30 to 8.30pm, and cost £1.50. They take place on the outdoor ard court area.
