Beverley and East Riding Golf Union's new president

THE East Riding Union of Golf Clubs' 60th AGM was held at Beverley and East Riding Golf Club.
Stephen Wright of Hornsea Golf Club was elected president for the coming year. Stephen is a retired solicitor and former captain and chairman of Hornsea Golf Club.

Other officials are Philip Lee (Hainsworth Park) president-elect; Stephen Thornton (Flamorough) secretary; David Underwood (Beverley and East Riding) treasurer; John Freeman (Scarborough North Cliff) competition secretary; Bob Bratton (Driffield) match-play secretary; Jeff Lambert (Beverley and East Riding) scratch league secretary; Edward Clark (Hull) members association registrar.

The executive is E M Clark (Driffield), S T Larard (Hull), J Nicholson (Ganton).
