Under 15s
Beverley Under 15s enjoyed a very successful season, winning 10 out of 17 competitive games.

They faired much better than the previous season after training through the summer and losing few team members. Most of the lads have not been together for two to three years.

The opening match of the 2007/08 campaign was at Bridlington, a tightly fought contest and balanced at 18-17 to Bridlington with Beverley attacking in the last few minutes. But then Bridlington broke away to score a late converted try and win the game 25-17.

The first home match produced a victory over Driffield 26-24. This was the first in a run of six matches in which Beverley won five and lost only one, to Pocklington.

In fact, Pocklington and Bridlington were the only teams able to beat Beverley in both fixtures during the season.

Beverley were successful in both encounters against Scarborough, Malton and Rodillians. They nilled Rodillians as well as Hessle and Goole. They won six out of eight home matches and four out of nine away matches.

With more than 20 players in regular attendance, the Beavers squad is very strong. There has been a steady improvement as the season progressed and the boys are ready to take on the best that East Yorkshire can offer when the new season starts in September.

Regulars over the season have been Andy Anderson, Johnny Arnett, Tom Blades, Jack Courtney, Matthew Cowley, James Dennis, Will Derrick, Jake Dixon, Eddie Greenall, Ged Gillen, Tom Gillian, Jake Hart-Fisher, Alan Hewitt, James Holliday, Richard Ibbetson, Will Jackson, Adam Johnson, Luke Leckenby, Richard Lightowler, James McCready, Aaron McFarlane, Phil Mowforth, Mike Ogborne, Sam Oldroyd, Robbie Osmond, Fran Pacynko, Karl Spurgin. Coaching Staff Gavin Jackson, Nev Overton, Andy Franklin.
