Roads reopen around Spa Bridge in Scarborough after 'emergency incident'
North Yorkshire Police have reopened the roads which were closed earlier today.
The incident closed Valley Bridge and left no access to the seafront from Valley Road.
Surrounding roads towards the bridge were also closed.
Roads reopened shortly before 6pm.
