A dog owner has launched a desperate appeal in a bid to trace a much loved missing pet.

The Patterdale cross terrier went missing from Station Cottages, Bainton, on Friday 25 April at around 8pm while out for a walk with Chris Kneeshaw.

He explained that the 11 month old pup, which suffers from epilspsy and needs regular medication, was in a field near the house when he disappeared.

Mr Kneeshaw fears the dog may have been taken and has reported the incident to a dog warden, vets and the police. He is offering a reward for its safe return,

Anyone who may be able to help should contact Chris Kneeshaw on 07974070541 or Jez on 07958 122719
