BREAKING NEWS: Missing girl Jessica Blake, 14 - Police say no suspicious circumstances following discovery of body in Beverley, East Yorkshire, and no arrests made

POLICE say there are no suspicious circumstances and no arrests have been made following the discovery of a body in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

POLICE were called at around 4.09pm today following the discovery of a body of a girl in a wooded area off Chester Avenue in Beverley.

Police are at the scene and have cordoned off Chester Avenue.

The identification of the body has not yet been carried out, however the family of mising 14 year old Jessica BLAKE have been made aware and are being supported by specially trained officers.

There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances following the discovery of the body of the girl.

Police have been made aware of a message being posted on social networking sites that man has been arrested in connection with the discovery.

Police can confirm that no arrests have been made.
