Re WWII Airmen to Meet at Yorkshire Air Museum 64 Years after being Shot Down over Germany.

You published the above article in March 2009 and just to let you know thanks to it being online, I happened apon it in a google search while researching

what had happened to the halifax bomber MZ451 in which my uncle Denis “Paddy “ Murnane was the bomb aimer.

As a result of this he has now been in contact with the other two crew members mentioned in you article and is “over the moon “.

Quite something to find three members of the same bomber crew still alive 67 years after they last saw each other bailing out of a burning bomber.

Anyway, thanks for putting that article online, would never have found it otherwise.
