Beverley Leisure Complex is launching Aqua Zumba on Sunday, June 24 at 10am.

People can jump into the Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning dance fitness party that makes working out a splash.

Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Coby Kemp, senior assistant facility manager, said: “We are really excited about adding Aqua Zumba to our programme. Every customer booking onto the launch day for Aqua Zumba (Sunday 24th June 12) will receive a complimentary gift.”

A regular Aqua Zumba class will take place on Mondays 8.30 – 9.15am from Monday 25th June 12.
