We think that Norwood House would make a superb Museum of Beverley as we have not got such a fine building to house all the old exhibits.
It could possibly be run on similar lines to Hornsea, which is a very interesting museum.

We are sure that there must be plenty of Beverley memorabilia in people's homes to donate to it.

There could be rooms dedicated to industry such as Hodgsons Shipyard, Deans Ropery, Melrose. It could be educational for the children too.
On the same subject, what happened to the Watts Bros sign in Lairgate?
