Comedy project wants you to come on down

I have contacted you in the hope that you can lend my project some valuable assistance.
My project is called the East Riding Comedy Come-On. For over two years I have been writing new slightly left field comedy sketches. Breaking into the TV market is practically impossible even for well established performers, therefore I have made the
decision to create my own production with the intentions of utilising local amateur actors, ultimately taking this new comedy into the heart of the East Riding's communities, whether that be villages or towns.

The city has all the performing arts facilities it could wish for and I believe that the rural and small-scale urban East Riding could benefit from some expansion in the performing arts field, especially live comedy sketch.

I am a writer who is new to the performing arts scene therefore I do not have enough contacts within the scene to help with my search for likeminded people who would be willing to commit to this project and help drive it forward with vigour.

I lack nothing in determination, I only lack amateur actors. I do not require many people for this project, perhaps no more than five, myself included.

Importantly, the Comedy Come-On is aimed at the slightly more mature performer and to that end I am looking for women and men in the 30 to 50 age group who are willing to commit to the project. These people should ideally live in the villages and towns of the East Riding, preferably not too many miles from my home village of Cherry Burton.
