HUMBERSIDE Police has uploaded information on its website at www.humberside.police.uk offering advice on what to do if heavy or persistent rainfall causes problems.
The move comes as the year anniversary of the 2007 floods approaches.

Police work closely with other agencies to plan how to deal with major incidents – and then to put those plans into action when necessary.

Currently, along with the majority of the east coast of England, the Humberside Police force area is being advised to be prepared for heavy rain up to 6pm today (Tuesday).
