£120m from EU for UK flood costs

HELP to cover the costs of flooding across the UK has come frm the European Union.
Today (Tuesday March 11) the awarded £120m to help cover the long-term costs of the UK flooding.
The money will now be transferred to the UK Treasury, which will consult with local authorities on how best to allocate the funds.
There is no indication how much might be given to Hull and the East Riding.
