Johnathan Hoggard runs the business with his wife Helen, after taking over the reins from his father Philip Hoggard.

Johnathan said: "It has always been the same sort of business and only over the past 15 to 20 years that we have started doing the preservative side of things with the damp-proofing. More recently we have started doing helical masonry repairs.

"At the moment we are looking into different ways we can take green buildings and eco-friendly construction into consideration," he added.

A full property maintenance service is available including new brickwork and repairs, pointing, plastering, rendering, drainage, block paving, pitched roof repairs and renewals, guttering repairs and renewal, flat roof repairs and renewals, joinery, helical masonry stabilisation, conservatories, and fencing as well as hard landscaping.

They also carry out remedial damp-proofing work, basement waterproofing and various timber treatments for both fungicidal and insecticidal problems and are approved contractors for both Palace Chemicals and Triton Chemicals offering assured guarantees for all such work.
