Is cost of piano included?

A VITAL bit of equipment of the kind needed for a concert or theatre venue that T Wall would like at the Memorial Hall would be a good piano.

I think the one bought for use at the Minster cost 40,000. Are the trustees including that kind of figure in their plans? I don't think so, do you?
