PHILIP Kenneth Anderson (46), of Woodlands, Beverley, was banned from driving for three years and fined £200 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a breath specimen when required to do so. He was also ordered to pay £60 costs.

William Walker (24), of Main Street, Etton, pleaded guilty to a charge of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was fined £300 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

James Luke Welton (28), of Otterbirch Wharf, Beverley, was fined £500 and ordered to pay £40 costs after pleading guilty to using a car at Cottingham without insurance.
