FOLLOWING the success of last year's Come and Sing Day the East Riding County Choir is to host another at Beverley Minster on Saturday May 22.
The chosen work is Petite Messe Solenelle by Rossini which will be conducted by Alan Spedding.

Places must be booked in advance and cost £15 each, or £5 for students and young people under the age of 16, including refreshments on arrival and during rehearsal breaks.

Copies of the Ricordi edition of the Petite Messe Solenelle are available to hire at £2.50, again booked in advance.

Lunch can be pre-booked at an additional cost of £5 (special diets catered for), or participants may bring a packed lunch.

The final performance of Rossini’s work will take place on the same day, Saturday May 22, in Beverley Minster at 5.30pm.

It will be open to the general public and tickets will be on sale on the door from 5pm.
