POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an alleged serious sexual assault on an 18-year-old girl in Beverley.
The alleged assault took place in Beverley Westwood shortly before 12.45am on Thursday July 3.

The 18-year-old girl was walking on Beverley Westwood from the direction of Westwood Road when it was alleged she was assaulted.
Shortly before the assault girl said she saw a woman walking her dog nearby and talking on her mobile phone.

The girl was found at the Westwood Hospital by a member of staff and police are now keen to talk to the woman seen walking her dog and talking on her mobile phone.
