Jeremy David Barnes (30), of Hammond Road, Beverley, was fined £80 after admitting using a car in Saturday Market without a test certificate. He was cleared of a charge of drink driving, to which he had pleaded not guilty, following a trial.
Kirk Axle Johnson (18), of Manor Road, Beverley, was fined £55 after pleading guilty to failing to notify the Secretary of State of the change of keeper of a vehicle.

Benjamin Edward Martin (27), of Lichfield Clos
e, Beverley, was fined £55 and ordered to pay £75 back duty after pleading guilty to keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. He was also ordered to pay £45 costs.

Andrew Ryan (38), of Percy Close, Leconfield, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £57.50 back duty for failing to return a vehicle excise licence which was paid for with a cheque which was subsequently dishonoured. He was also ordered to pay £45 costs.

Andrew Teal (18), of St Giles Croft, Beverley, was fined £35 plus £45 costs after pleading guilty to failing to notify the Secretary of State about the change of keeper of a vehicle.

Andrew St Clair-Thompson (30), of Hall Walk, Walkington, was banned from driving for 20 months after pleading guilty to drink driving. The court heard that he drove a Fiat Punto in Newbald Road with 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 militres of his breath, more than twice the legal limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol. He was also fined £200 with £40 costs.
