On Thursday 4th February a town by election was held in Beverley due to a seat becoming vacant.
Gary Shores, East Riding County Councillor for Minster and Woodmansey would like to congratulate Dominic Peacock upon his election to Beverley Town Council for Minster South Ward.

The results were:
Dack(Green) 182
Foot(Lib Dem) - 165
McGrath(Labour) - 149
Dominic Peacock(Cons) - 322

"I know Dominic will work hard for the residents of the town ward, and I look forward to working with him in the future to the benefit of those residents of the area." said Coun Shores.
