THE coroner at the inquest into the death of Beverley charity worker Simon Murden is due to begin his summing up early next week.
The inquest jury has now heard all the evidence from witnesses and legal arguments were being presented yesterday (Thursday).
Hull and East Riding coroner Geoffrey Saul will start his summing up after the Easter break, following completion of the legal submissions.
The inquest, which opened on February 18 at the Octagon Centre in Hull, will then be into its sixth week. Twenty six-year-old Simon died on March 22, 2005 when he was shot dead by police in an incident on the A63 near South Cave.
