THE coroner at the inquest into the death of Beverley charity worker Simon Murden was this week summing up the evidence which has been given during the six weeks of the hearing.
Hull and East Riding coroner Geoffrey Saul started his summing up on Wednesday and it was continuing as the Beverley Guardian went to press yesterday. The jury will then be sent out to consider its verdict.

Twenty six-year-old Simon was shot dead by police in an incident on the A63 near South Cave on March 22, 2005.
