MEET - the networking group for Yorkshire's businesswomen - has announced the first of its autumn training workshops.
Aimed at women who are already running a business, or are thinking about starting one, the first event will be a confidence building workshop on October 9 at the Ferguson Fawsitt Arms, Walkington.

Jules Wyman, a York -based inspirational speaker
and confidence coach, will reveal the truth about confidence and use examples and exercises to show delegates how to tap into their confidence and how to harness their inner powers to become fearless, confident and successful businesswomen.

The workshop costs £10.00 and includes a networking lunch.

It starts with registration at 10am and concludes at 1.30pm with lunch. Pre-booking is essential and places are strictly limited. Please visit www.meet-yorkshire.co.uk for more information or to book a place.

One of meet's co-founders, Katrina Thompson, is delighted that Jules Wyman will be delivering the latest workshop.

"Confidence is an issue for many of us and the prospect of learning simple, effective and practical techniques to help us to move forward both personally and professionally will no doubt attract a lot of ladies."
