TOTS at Beverley's Queensgate Pre-School enjoyed a chance to get up close to some unusual animals during a mini-beast visit by Zoo Lab.

The children were fascinated to see a stick insect, cockroaches, a snake, milipede, a scorpion and an African land snail, and were able to touch some of the creatures.
The youngsters have been looking for mini-beasts in their gardens and have been designing a mini-beast garden of their own.
